SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Hairmazing, we prioritise your privacy and discretion. All orders will be dispatched in plain, wrapped, and sealed grey plastic bags, ensuring no identifiable markings related to 'Hairmazing' or 'hair system' on the exterior. We utilise Royal Mail's 1st Class, Signed and Tracking service for secure and reliable delivery of your items.
​Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive however, where possible, we endeavour to complete orders sooner.
Special orders are subject to availability and may take up to 12 weeks to complete.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest or industrial action. If such delay or failure continues for a period of at least 6 months, then the party not subject to the force will be entitled to terminate the agreement by written notice to the other.

Due to resolution and device settings, the colours displayed on your screen may not accurately reflect the actual product. The online colour chart is intended for guidance only. Should a colour match be critical, we recommend visiting our salon for a personalized consultation or purchasing a colour ring before placing your order. Please note that prices are available for internet and mail orders.
Salon charge includes a free consultation and personalised cutting and fitting of each hair system at our private salon in Risca, Newport, South Wales.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is paramount at Hairmazing, but please read our returns policy before placing an order.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your hair system purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it, providing the item is unused, in it's protective netting and in it's original packaging. In this instance, please contact us to request an exchange or refund.
Return postage will be payable by the customer.
Once the item has been received and it is confirmed that it is in an acceptable condition, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Customised orders are non returnable.
Similarly, if you have changed your mind, please get in touch to cancel your purchase. If the item has already been posted/delivered, we are unable to offer any refunds.
We would strongly recommend the purchase of a colour ring before choosing your system colour.
